MS/HS End of Year Parties - May 20

Time to celebrate the end of the school year! Just bring yourself; everything else will be provided.

Middle School: 6-7:30 pm in the Student Center

High School: 6-8:30 pm at the Rogers' house (1704 Sweetbriar Lane which is .3 miles from church). We will walk over together from the church after One Voice rehearsal is finished.

Louisville Bat's Game - June 1

When? June 1 at 7:05 pm (Opening Pitch)

Where? Slugger Field

Cost? Tickets are $6 and can be purchased in the Fellowship Hall or in Sunday School classes

One Voice Homecoming Dinner - June 15

Come join us for fellowship and fun before the One Voice Homecoming Concert. Dinner will be served in Fellowship Hall at 5:30 pm and the One Voice Homecoming Concert will follow at 7 pm. There is no cost to attend the dinner or concert. Registration is required for the Homecoming Dinner. Please sign up below by June 8 to participate.

VBS Youth Helper - June 18-20

When? June 18-22 (8:15 am - Noon)

Where? Church

What? You can choose to be in a classroom with the kids, do recreation, crafts, music, snacks and more. It is always a lot of fun. Don't forget, Chick-fil-a and Bowling after VBS on Tuesday!

Holiday World - July 10

It's time for our annual trek to Santa Claus, IN for a day of fun and thrills. Leaving from church at 9 am and returning at 8 pm. Cost is $35 for park admission and transportation; make check payable to "Christ Church" with "Holiday World" on the memo line. We also suggest you bring $20 cash for lunch and snacks. Middle School Mission Trip - July 15 to 18

The majority of our time will be spent helping with day camp at Lighthouse Community Center. We'll play, read, do crafts, and build relationships with the wonderful kids! Come for tons of fun, to make wonderful memories, and to invest in the lives of the children at Lighthouse! Cost is $70. A list of what to bring will be sent to registrants prior to the event date. Students will meet at church at 7 pm on July 15 (overnight stay in the Student Center) and can be picked up on July 18 at approximately 7 pm. Registration is required. High School Kart Kountry Trip - July 16

Vroooom! They don't call them "go" karts for nothing! Leaving from church at 10 am and return at 2 pm. Bring $20 for entry and lunch (money for arcade and snacks optional). Sunglasses and sunscreen highly recommended. Registration is required. Please sign up below by July 15, 2012 to participate:

Come to Fellowship Hall at 6 pm for food, fun, and all the facts you'll need to know for the new year.

Contact/Emergency Care Form

The sharing of information essential to your child’s safety has been streamlined into one form, allowing you to provide information and give permission once for your family, as well as provide detailed information regarding any medical needs. Every participating child, birth through age 18, will need a family Contact and Emergency Care Form on file. All ministry areas will make use of the information you provide through this form.
