Katie Trewhella

Associate Youth Minister

As the Associate Minister to Students, Katie is in charge of youth Sunday School, small groups, girls ministries, and Confirmation. She has been at Christ Church since May, 2005.

Katie is originally from Chattanooga, TN. She received her bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Wesleyan College, majoring in Church Vocations. Katie and her husband, John, moved to Louisville when John decided to attend Southern Seminary. Katie grew up in the United Methodist church and has been involved in youth ministry for six years.

Katie’s parents are also from Chattanooga. She has two sisters, a twin, Laura, and a
younger sister, Beth. Katie likes to read, garden, knit, and just hang out.

Katie’s normal working hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays; from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, and from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sundays. You may reach her at 893-2201, ext. 266 or by email at Katie@ccum.net.
