All adults who wish to serve in some capacity with children and students must undergo a background check. You are also required to watch the short training video below. Please fill out the form and submit it in a sealed envelope to Patty Groot, Director of Servant Ministries. You can hand the sealed envelope to the church receptionist or mail it to the church.
