PSALM Kids Spring Musical

The Rock Slinger and His Greatest Hit is a retelling of the story of David and Goliath. The composer, Allen Pote and lyricist, Tom Long, describe it as: "Three thousand years ago, a shepherd boy faced an overwhelming enemy on a battlefield, armed only with a sling and a courageous faith in God. The message is still fresh: Though we may tremble in our weakness, there is no darkness that God cannot overcome."
The musical has humor, fun songs and a powerful message! PSALM Kids cast includes 24 3rd through 5th graders and are joined by some of our K through 2nd graders on the first and last songs. In addition, we will have a special guest as the Israelites' enemy, Goliath. We can't wait to share this story with our congregation!
