2000 project house: 1717 Baird Street

09/07/2000:

Rear patio poured. Stumps and debris removed from yard. Old concrete drive busted and dug up in front.

09/09/2000:

Forms constructed for pouring of ramp & filled with gravel.

09/14/2000:

Concrete ramp poured, aluminum completed on rear gable. Pile of old concrete and debris hauled away. Majority of drywall hung this week (contracted). 

09/16/2000:

Retaining wall constructed to support ramp in back of house.

09/21/2000:

Vinyl siding completed. Landscaping/yard work & continued attempt at stump removal. Porch aluminum completed and posts installed. Interior drywall hung, awaiting tape/mud.

09/28/2000:

Front porch railing installed, cinderblock wall in rear repaired, landscape plants added, digging on stump continued on left side of house (yet the stump remains even after being cut, chopped, sawed, axed, kicked, and beat to death!).
