2000 project house: 1717 Baird Street

08/03/2000:

Roof shingles installed (95% complete).

08/05/2000:

Ridge vent, shingle caps, & flashing installed... roof complete. Soffet vinyl begun. Vinyl trim (F/J channels) installed around windows, etc. Front & back doors hung.

08/10/2000:

Soffet vinyl completed, porch forms made, electrical wiring started.

08/12/2000:

Vinyl siding installed (40% complete). Porches & front sidewalk poured on 08/11. Crawlspace insulation completed.

08/17/2000:

Electrical complete. Dirt moved in to form ramp from back door. Aluminum placed on side soffets. 

08/19/2000:

Wall insulation installed, 35% ceiling insulation installed.

08/24/2000:

Inside ceiling insulation completed. Vinyl siding begun on right side. 

08/26/2000:

Preparation for construction of rear patio.

08/31/2000:

Forms constructed for pouring of rear patio & filled with gravel
