CORP: The Committee On Religious Persecution
C.O.R.P. MISSION
STATEMENT
Committee on Religious
Persecution
The mission of C.O.R.P. is to inform and educate our church family about
the plight of persecuted and suffering Christians around the world. This is accomplished by
providing educational programs, posters/flyers, library books, videos,
articles in Reflections and information and links posted on our Christ
Church web site (ccum.net), urging us to take action in whatever way we are
led.
C.O.R.P. believes our
freedom to worship God is a blessing we should not take for granted. It is
a gift that calls each of us to respond to others in God’s love, as part of
the Body of Christ.
Remember…those who are mistreated as if you
yourselves were suffering. – Hebrews 13:3
