Our Staff

Natalie serves as the Office Manager for Christ Church School, where she supports the day-to-day operations of the school and helps create a welcoming, organized environment for students, families, and staff. Prior to stepping into this role, Natalie spent many years as an Infant Teacher at Christ Church School, where she found so much joy in caring for her babies and building meaningful relationships with their families. She especially loved supporting new parents during those early stages, offering encouragement, reassurance, and a trusted presence each day. With many years of experience in early childhood education, she brings a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and a deep understanding of what it takes to support both children and those who care for them.

Natalie enjoys being part of the Christ Church School community as a staff member and as a parent. She and her husband, James, have a son, Isaiah, who has also attended Christ Church School. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and finding ways to pour into others.
